The Coral Cottage is an adorable OG Dewey Beach Rancher - but completely renovated with some original charm! Professionally decorated, open concept living/dining area with fabulous brand new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and additional new touches such as a drink bar in the dining room, gas fireplace and LVP plank flooring. You may notice the original wood plank walls.

The front yard has a seating area with fun cafe lights strung from the trees and privacy in the backyard with an outdoor shower. The screened in porch has a comfortable seating area in addition to the spacious living room.

You’ll need to bring sheets for 3 queens and 4 twins. Bath and beach towels. Starter paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Beach chairs and umbrella provided.

Parking for 4 cars, driveway parking. You can park between the yellow lines on the street in the driveway. All other street parking is by permit or the park mobile app. Be sure to park on the direction of traffic flow and off of the street. Dewey is specific and parking and will ticket.
