THE SPACE

3 bedroom townhouse with Pool, family room and full kitchen. Master bedroom has 1 queen and NEW en-suite bath. Second bedroom has one queen, third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Queen blow up bed available. The house is 5 short blocks north of the Starboard, Cork, Dewey Brew Company. Two blocks south of the new forgotten mile brew pub. Enjoy the pool, the beach, the nightlife. Park your car and leave it for your stay. Hop on the Jolley Trolley to Rehoboth restaurants, shopping and boardwalk fun! The house is great for long weekends, weekly rentals, friends weekends, and kid-friendly!

GUEST ACCESS

Access is by a keypad lock on the front door. Code is given 3 days prior to your stay. There are two assigned spots to the house with 3 guest spots in the lot that are first come first serve. Street parking is available on Jersey Street directly behind the community through park mobile app.

Direct access to the beach via breezeway to the right of the front door and out the back fence onto Jersey Street to the beach.

Charcoal BBQs spread throughout the community areas for all to use. 4 beach chairs, sturdy umbrella and beach cart available for your use.

OTHER THINGS OF NOTE

Bring sheets, bath and beach towels, toiletries and laundry detergent. Pillows, comforters and extra blankets are provided. Linen services available, dropped at the front door for your stay. Please inquire for details. Pack n Play, 1 baby gate available. Additional baby items can be rented through local service. Please inquire for details. Pets are welcome with a $300 deposit.

Four beach chairs, sturdy umbrella and beach cart available for your use. Lyman rentals on the beach rents umbrellas and chairs on the beach - blue shack. Snack shack there also.

Fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in house.

Bring Sheets for 2 queens, 4 twins. Additional queen for blow up mattress, if necessary.
